Unable to upgrade to Premium Family after canceling Apple subscription

I canceled my Apple subscription and my settings/subscriptions show I have "Pandora Premium" renewing April 28. However, when I login on my laptop, it shows I'm still on the cheaper version. I need to add my hubby ASAP. Please advise when I can add some new accounts. 🙂

It looks like your account is still upgraded to an individual Pandora Premium subscription through Apple.

You won't be able to sign up for a Premium Family plan through our website until this subscription fully expires and your account reverts back to the free service.

This being said, I have created a ticket with our support team for you.

They will be contacting you privately via email to help look into this further, so please keep an eye out for their message.
