Hello group, I am trying to upgrade to the family plan; however, I cannot, as I'm receiving an error message stating I have an account. I cancelled my free trial, but the instructions are telling me that I can't upgrade until my trial expires. Is there any way to completely cancel my trial so I can buy the family plan?

If you aren't seeing their message on your end, I recommend checking your junk/spam folder to ensure their messages aren't getting filtered out.
