I'm trying to subscribe to Pandora and it won't let me

If you continue to run into issues with this, could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

1. Is there an error message when you attempt to upgrade? If so, what does it say?
2. Can you provide me with a screenshot/screen-recording of what you're seeing?
