Update billing info - Direct Billed

In order to update your subscription that was purchased directly through Pandora, you will first need to verify if you are paying with a credit card, or with PayPal.

Updating your billing information when paying with a credit card:

If you are paying with a credit card, you can use the following steps to change your credit card information, edit your subscription, or update your auto-renewal preference.

If you're using a computer: 

  1. Make sure you're signed into your account and visit the subscription details page.
  2. Select Settings and then Subscriptions.
  3. To make any changes to your credit card, click Update.
  4. Enter your card's security code.
  5. Click Save when finished.

If you're using a mobile device: 

  1. Go to the Pandora website.
  2. Select the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left. Then tap Subscription. (Log in to your account if prompted.)
  3. From your Subscription details page select Update to make any changes to your credit card.
  4. Enter your card's security code. 
  5. Click Save when finished. 


Updating your billing information when paying with PayPal:

For help managing your subscription billed through PayPal, please see below for some helpful steps. 

If you'd like to change your payment method to something other than PayPal, please click here. 

For active subscriptions billed through PayPal: 

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Select Wallet.
  3. Select the bank account, credit or debit card you wish to edit.
    • To add a new credit card to your account, click + Link a card.
    • To edit an existing payment method, click on the account or card, then select edit.
  4. Click Save after your have made your changes.

For expired subscriptions billed through PayPal:

In the case that your subscription has expired, you'll have to upgrade again to get your subscription applied to your account after updating your payment method through PayPal. 

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
  3. Click My money under My Profile.
  4. Click Update next to the card in the Debit and credit cards section.
  5. Click Edit under Action.
  6. Enter your new expiration date and click Save.

To change your subscription plan: 

You do not need to go the PayPal website to do this. All you need to do is log in to Pandora from a computer click the icon (initial or picture), then go to SettingsSubscription then click Switch Plans. Choose the plan you'd prefer and the changes will be made on your next billing date.
