Upgraded with t mobile but still charged by Pandora

I received pandora free t mobile and you still billing my credit card. How can I get my refund from you guy's.  Since you knowly t mobile pays my subscription.

I have Tmobile and it shows I should have Pandora Premium, however I am still getting charged $9.99 for premium. How do I fix this?
