I have tried adding someone to my Pandora Premium Family Account to no avail. I have sent and resent the invite and it is still pending. Why is this happening?

Thanks for posting about your experience. It looks like the individual doesn't have a Pandora account yet. In the meantime, I've gone ahead and created an email case for you since we don't share private information like email addresses publicly on Community.

I can see that an agent followed up with you and is awaiting your reply. Once that individual has created their Pandora account our agent can add them to your plan.
Please try checking your spam / junk folder to make sure it didn't end up there. 📬
