Why am I hearing ads on my podcasts if I'm a subscriber?

Why do I still receive ads with Podcasts on my premium account?

Some podcasts on Pandora are pre-compressed audio files, so advertisements that appear in the original recording will still be heard.

Since these are not advertisements from Pandora, they cannot be removed or disabled.

Uuuuuuugh. Thanks for the reply @AdamPandora. I'm not thrilled that is the reason, because the ads are voluminous in this particular podcast. I appreciate the explanation.😊

Hi - I've been given this explanation when I asked the same question, and it's not acceptable. If you advertise a premium, no-ads product, there should be no ads, or you are misleading your customers. Since you all are aware of it, it seems that you are willfully misleading your customers. Other platforms are able to offer podcasts without ads. Please provide an explanation of how you will remedy this.
