Will upgrading to Premium allow on demand listening?

I currently have Pandora Plus. If I upgrade to Premium, would I be able to search and play with NO AD's, and THEN play a single song in repeat, for perpetuity (without having to click replay?)

For example, would I be able to play "Shimmering Lights" by 7and5 (LOVE them) all night, while I sleep, if I wanted?
