Good Afternoon, I am having issues with receiving receipts. We received one welcome email and have not received any other email.Could I please get an emailed copy of the 02/2026-03/2026 billing receipt as well.  My company requires detailed receipts for the credit card charges for this subscription..Best Regards

@Curlbarbeauty Sorry for any trouble.

Unfortunately, there isn't currently a way to obtain a copy of your receipts for your Pandora subscription through the website or app.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend giving this existing idea a ❤️ to express your interest in getting that option added to the service.

In the meantime, I've gone ahead and emailed you a copy of your receipts for the charges made in both January and February - it doesn't look like you have been charged for March yet. 

When you see the charge for your Pandora subscription posted in March, feel free to reply to this thread and let me know so that I can email you a copy of that receipt as well.

Alternatively, you can contact our support team directly through our help page here if you'd like to receive assistance from them.
