I am trying my trial membership, getting message saying "'Something has gone wrong. Please try again later."

I just need to cancel my subscription but when I press the "yes, cancel my subscription" button it does nothing and then a few moments later I get an error message. Please just cancel this I dislike that so many people are having this issue.

I have the same issue. Can't cancel my subscription and I see the same "error" message. Please help. I emailed Pandora, and nobody answered me.

I am trying to pay for a Plus subscription, by I systematically get the error message "We're sorry, something has gone wrong."
The same error message is appearing when I try to get the subscription through Scribd perks.

Even if I am trying to pay with a credit card, I get the same error. Can you open another case for me?

I have received the same error messages using both Safari and Edge. Have send email to customer support, but of course have notr heard anything back. Very underwhelmed with support.

Good grief, why am I not able to cancel my subscription? I keep getting a "Something has gone wrong. Please try again later" notice. I've tried multiple times, used every browser available and yet it doesn't work. What a horrible experience.

Same issue. Tried 3 different browsers. Won't allow me to cancel. Please cancel my account ASAP.
