I see that you have help other members, I signed up for the pandora Premiere - Family plan for 17.99 a month at a 60day trial, i even received a confirmation email. The it told me that I couldn't upgrade cause I was signed up thru google play.
So do I need to cancel google play before the family plan will kick in?

@Failla Sorry for the trouble you are having upgrading to the Premium Family plan.
I'm showing the account associated with your community profile is still upgraded through Google Play.
Since it sounds like you may have also already paid for a Premium Family plan, I have created a ticket with our support team for you.
