iOS-Can't replay songs or start Complimentary Premium Sessions

I usually only listen to Pandora for free, but recently, I haven’t been able to select music anymore by clicking a song, listening to and getting free music for 30 minutes. I will click it and no prompt for watching an ad will appear.

I’ve had issues with replaying music from my stations as well. if I try to replay a song, I’ll get an error message saying “Something has gone wrong. Please try again.”

I’m not able to listen to my playlists either, it gives me a prompt to pay for Plus when I’ve never had to do that before. I don’t know what to do. I’ve tried deleting the app and downloading it again. Logging out then back in etc. and nothing has worked so far. My roommate has used Pandora too but he doesn’t have this issue. What do I do?

Hi @ADSBlue , welcome to the Community!

I've enabled a trace on your account to help us better understand what's happening. For this trace to be useful, we'll need you to attempt the steps described below:

First, I recommend rebooting the device by shutting it down entirely, then turning it back on and trying Pandora again.

If you're still having issues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you).* To do that:

  1. Hold down the Pandora icon on your Home screen until all the icons start "shaking."
  2. Then tap - in the upper left of the Pandora icon, and confirm that you want to Delete app.
  3. Then re-install Pandora via the App Store on your device.

*Please note: Pandora Premium and Premium Family listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content after reinstalling the app. Pandora Plus users, however, should receive that offline content again automatically. If you have any trouble with your offline stations after reinstalling, please let us know.

Once you have done this please try listening again and if you are still seeing the same errors I will need you to share with us a screenshot of what you see.

I’m on the iOS tab and I’m using the IPhone tag on my post. I don’t use android. I use iPhone
