Explicit content filter not available

I use to have explicit content filtered but now I hear it. I tried to change it in SETTINGS-ACCOUNT but I don’t even see an option for explicit content filtering anymore. I followed the steps in the HELP section but it’s not there. 

I’m using iOS.

A small change has been made to your Pandora account to help with this. Could you try searching again and let me know if that Explicit Filter option appears?

You may need to restart the Pandora app to notice the change.

I moved your post to the iOS space since you mentioned this is where you are experiencing trouble.

I recommend running through the troubleshooting steps listed on our help page to see if this resolves the issue. 

If the explicit filter option still doesn't show, can you please send me a screenshot of what you see when you navigate to Settings > Account

I have the same issue and the troubleshooting steps did not resolve the problem.

Whatever change you made fixed it. I now see the toggle switch on both wifi and cellular data. Thank you.

There is no option in the app under account and settings to turn on the explicit filter!!!!! How do I turn it on????

Thank you! I see it’s turned off but we’re still getting songs actually labeled “explicit”. Any idea how to fix this?

@billger33 I'm happy to look into this further.

The next time this happens, please grab a screenshot of the now playing screen and send that in a reply to this thread.

Make sure to provide me with a full screenshot so I can see the name of the station, as well as the name of the explicit track and artist that are playing.
