Music buffers on iOS.

Music buffers on iOS whether on WiFi or cellular. I have to delete the app, reinstall it, change my password, then it will finally work. Otherwise I can’t listen to music. Please advise when this will be fixed and how I can get a credit until it’s fixed.

@Jennifr71 Sorry to hear about the trouble.

Could you explain what's happening in more detail? The more information you can provide, the better I can help.

When this issue occurs: 

  • Is the app still open in the background where you're able to press play and resume music?
  • Are you listening to a station, album, playlist, or podcast? 
  • Are you using a Bluetooth connection?
  • Is this only an issue with Pandora, or do you also experience buffering issues with other streaming apps?


Additionally, please provide both your iOS and Pandora app versions:

  • iOS version: (Settings > General > About > Version)
  • Pandora version: (Pandora > Profile tab > Settings gear & scroll to the bottom of the screen)

Lastly, can you please send us a screenshot of the buffering message you are seeing?
