Music unavailable when trying to listen offline to downloaded muaic

I have an iPhone 13 Pro and have a number of albums downloaded on Pandora. I was in a place this weekend with no cell or Wi-Fi and could play albums sometimes but at others I couldn’t play any - got a message saying something like ‘music is unavailable.’  This happened even for albums I’d listened to immediately before.

Could you provide an example of an album you noticed this error message occur with?
