I've cut my phone off and even deleted the app and downloaded a new Pandora app and still no playlists. My collections are intact on my office and home laptop, but no luck with phone. I need my music. I travel 45 minutes one way to work everyday. My music is what keeps me sane!

Sorry to hear you're having troubles. Could you confirm you're logged on the same account on your computer and mobile app?
If you've confirmed you're in the correct account, is this happening when you're connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data?
