Pauses to buffer every 5 seconds.

• I’m on an iPhone 8 with 13.6.1 iOS and with 3-4 bars on LTE. Reset my phone at least 3 times and on and off of airplane mode for a few minutes each time but still pauses to buffer for 1-3 seconds every 5-6 seconds.
