Looks like you've enabled complimentary sessions of Premium recently. The free sessions of Premium allow you to listen to songs on-demand after watching a short ad. Please keep in mind, listening to content on-demand is only a feature of Premium. You can find out more about how these sessions work here.

In the meantime, could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?
- Does this issue occur while you're in a session of Premium?
- Or, does this happen when you're listening to your stations?
- Have any error messages popped up? If so, what exactly does it say?
