The app does not permit sound

I am having troubles with my app not permitting sound. What should I do?

@Loona-hellhound Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

1. Does it look like the app is playing a song, however no sound is coming from your device?
2. Or do you select a station or song to play, and nothing happens?
3. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
4. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?
