Thumbs up playlist

• My thumbs up playlist (on my phone) keeps skipping songs and turning off. Why is this happening and can I do anything to protect my collection of songs?

Thanks for posting. Can you tell me a bit more about your device?

• What is the make and model of your phone?
• What happens when you open Pandora?
• Are connected to Wi-Fi or Mobile data when this happens? Or is it when listening offline?
• Is there an error message (if yes, what exactly does it say)?
