If you were experiencing playback issues on your iPad or other devices yesterday, we should be back up and running. Please give it another try, and let me know if you still have trouble.

Hi, @ronnor42. 👋

Sounds like you're receiving an error message when you attempt to listen from your iPad device.

Could you share exactly what the error message says?

In the meantime, I would recommend running through these steps while I have trace enabled on your Pandora account: iOS Troubleshooting

Let me know if the steps help. 🎧

@ronnor42 No worries.

First, I would recommend making sure your iPad connected to your home WiFi / internet. You'll need an internet connection in order to stream Pandora from your iPad device.

  1. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi, then turn on Wi-Fi.
  2. Tap one of the following: A network: Enter the password, if required.
    • Other: Joins a hidden network. Enter the name of the hidden network, security type, and password.

Hope this helps! 🎧
