Hi, @ronnor42. 👋

Sounds like you're receiving an error message when you attempt to listen from your iPad device.

Could you share exactly what the error message says?

In the meantime, I would recommend running through these steps while I have trace enabled on your Pandora account: iOS Troubleshooting

Let me know if the steps help. 🎧

@ronnor42 No worries.

First, I would recommend making sure your iPad connected to your home WiFi / internet. You'll need an internet connection in order to stream Pandora from your iPad device.

  1. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi, then turn on Wi-Fi.
  2. Tap one of the following: A network: Enter the password, if required.
    • Other: Joins a hidden network. Enter the name of the hidden network, security type, and password.

Hope this helps! 🎧
