Trouble with playlists

I'm having trouble with playing a play list or adding a song to a playlist. I've tried about everything, deleted the app, rebooted the phone etc. Initially they will play but once I play a list once It, goes back to the same issues, I've noticed the edit tab goes dark once I play a list, I have zero problems on my lap top or roku.

@KeithMc Sorry to hear about the trouble.

Trouble playing a playlist:

Could you explain what's happening in more detail? What are the "same issues" you mentioned experiencing when listening to a playlist?

The more information you can provide, the better I can help.

Also, when this issue occurs: 

  • Is the app still open in the background where you're able to press play and resume music or do you need to close and relaunch the app to continue listening?
  • Are you listening to a station, album, playlist, or podcast? 
  • Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data? If using Wi-Fi, are you able to recover the listening session by toggling Wi-Fi off?
  • Are you using a Bluetooth connection?

Trouble adding a song to a playlist:

You mentioned the edit tab goes dark - can you please send me a screenshot of this?

Additionally, please provide both your iOS and Pandora app versions:

  • iOS version: (Settings > General > About > Version)
  • Pandora version: (Pandora > Profile tab > Settings gear & scroll to the bottom of the screen)
