iOS 16: Continuous Buffering on 2208.2 and later

4 days now iPhone 13 Pro Max with iOS 16 all my Pandora does if buffer. I listen off the app. I have signed out and restarted my phone and nothing. Any ideas.

If the issue continues, could you share more details about your device to report to our engineers?
  • Device & Generation: iPhone 14 pro max
  • Carrier:
  • iOS version: 
  • Pandora version: (Pandora > Profile tab > Settings gear & scroll to the bottom of the screen)
  • Have you identified any other patterns or notable information?
  • Does this also happen when connected to WiFi?
  • Do any other error messages pop up?

I tried all of those tips and none have worked. My pandora is still buffering.

Could you please share more details about your device so that we can report this to our engineering team?

  • Carrier:
  • iOS version: 
  • Pandora version: (Pandora > Profile tab > Settings gear & scroll to the bottom of the screen)
  • Have you identified any other patterns or notable information?
  • Does this also happen when connected to WiFi?

Still buffering and have latest version. If I don’t receive a fix for this problem from PANDORA, I’m canceling my subscription.

Continuous buffering on iPhone

My stations have been buffering for well over 24 hours. I have deleted the app from my phone and then reloaded it, hoping to solve the problem. It hasn't. How do I remedy this short of moving to Spotify or Sirius radio?

@garyg543 To clarify, are you only experiencing this issue with Pandora?

Have you tried streaming other apps such as YouTube?

If not, please try launching the YouTube app and let me know if you experience similar issues there as well.

I’m only having this problem with pandora on my iPhone. I’m not having any trouble with pandora on my iPad.

I’m not having any problems with YouTube on my iPhone.
