iOS: App Frozen + No Available Devices Message

I love my free Pandora and have it trained just as I like it.  Now when I access the ap on my Iphone, it opens up a song but won't play, it appears to be stuck.  After hitting some icons on my phone, it says "no available devices".  What does this mean?  I've rebooted my phone, rebooted the wifi device, but nothing helps.  I have strong wifi and the phone is connected, I can access other aps and internet, but Pandora not working.  Help anyone!!
