My Thumbs Up playlist still appears under Recent Favorites:
Regarding your My Thumbs Up playlist appearing under your Recent Favorites, there isn't currently a way to manually remove items from that section of your profile. As you continue listening—especially to other stations, playlists, albums, or podcasts—new activity will gradually replace the older items until the deleted playlist is eventually pushed out of the carousel.

As for the four deleted playlists that are still showing under your Profile, I was able to confirm that this is a known syncing issue with Profile. If those playlists have already been deleted from your Collection, your account is behaving as expected, but your public profile hasn't fully synced.
I've passed this along to the appropriate parties for further investigation. We'll follow up with you if we need any additional details.
In the meantime, if you're looking for the current list of playlists on your account, I recommend viewing your Collection and filtering by Playlists, as that will reflect the correct list.
