iOS: Disable face id

I have tried to disable Face ID. In the Face ID setting on iOS, it’s not enabled.  In fact the app doesn’t even show up. I do I disable it.  It’s such a pain every time I log in to pandora

No, when I open the pandora app it requires a Face ID. I can’t turn it off in my settings. It’s not an option to turn off

I see, sorry to hear that.

Unfortunately, I can't manage this directly on my end as it seems to be an issue with an Apple's function feature, so you'll need to contact Apple support for more assistance.

Hold down on the Pandora Icon on your home screen....you'll see a "disable face ID" option.   Your welcome 🫡😇
