iOS: Download playlists are unavailable

 My “downloaded “playlists are still unavailable on off-line mode. Can this not be a problem please?

Can you tell me more about this please?

1. Is it only happening with Playlists or with Stations too?
2. Is it that the Playlists are not downloading?Or do they seem to be downloaded but disappear when going offline?
3. What happens if you filter your content by Playlists, vs if you sort them by All when offline?
