Sorry to hear that you're having trouble. We offer ad-supported Pandora for free. You wouldn't need to upgrade your subscription in order to listen to Pandora for free.

I've been listening to Pandora for years....it just quit playing. I have not changed anything like ad blockers, etal.

Can you tell me more about what's currently happening?

Are you having trouble playing your content on demand? Or are you playing your stations and it randomly stops?

Also are you using an iPhone or an Android phone?

What I’m finding is, I’ve bought the 5.95? Subscription to not have to listen to commercials prior to playing my favorites. This is not the case. To play my favorites, I need to listen to the commercials prior to my favorites. The. After a short period my favorites stop and to listen again I have to watch commercials. If this is how it works, can you tell me how to cancell my subscriptions. Thanks

Hi @Bede.

That's correct, upgrading to Pandora Plus will remove commercials on your personalized stations.

On demand content, is only fully available for Premium subscribers, but as a Plus listener you can start a complimentary session of Premium in order to unlock some Premium features. So, in order to search and play what you want, you will need to first view an ad to unlock a Premium Session:

Please note that once these sessions end your account is automatically returned to your Plus subscription. 

If you'd like to listen with no ads at all you would need to upgrade to Premium.
