iOS: Music cuts out on friend's phone

Hi,

A friend of mine has an issue on his Apple 10 phone. Every time he tries listening to music on Pandora it cuts out after a couple of minutes.

He has uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, but the issue persists.

Does anyone have an idea why this may be happening and how to correct it?
