From the setting menus there is no toggle to switch to offline mode January 2025

I checked the account linked to your Community profile and it appears that there was a communication error between the Apple billing system and our system. Because of this you didn't have the offline mode available.
The error seems to have been resolved and your subscription has returned to your account so you should be able to activate the offline mode now.
