iOS: Plays a Different Song when One Song is Chosen

Right now i’ve been having the issue of when i hit a song i want to play at the top of my downloaded music, it plays a completely different song further down in my collection. it does this until i get to the song that is first played wrong. Not sure how to explain it but i’ve tried logging out and back in, and nothing worked. i have an 11 and my phone and app are completely updated

Sorry for the trouble!

I've enabled a trace on your Pandora account to share with engineering in case the troubleshooting doesn't help.

First, I would recommend uninstalling / reinstalling the Pandora app on your iPhone 11 to see if this helps resolve the issue. You can find those steps here: iOS Troubleshooting

If the issue persists, could you tell me more about your device?

  • Device & Generation: iPhone 11
  • Carrier:
  • iOS version: (Settings > General > About > Version)
  • Pandora version: (Pandora > Profile tab > Settings gear & scroll to the bottom of the screen)
  • Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening?
  • Have you identified any other patterns or notable information?
