iOS: Podcast Won't Play / Skips Through

I’m having the same problem, but I have an iphone.  Seeing problems with audio chuck podcasts (crime junkie, oc swingers, counter clock)

I moved your post over to a separate thread as you're experiencing this on iOS. I love audiochuck podcasts - and I'm sorry to hear that you're running into this issue.

Could you try out these steps while I have a trace enabled on your Pandora account? You can find the steps here: iOS Troubleshooting

If the issue persists, could you provide the following details so I can report this over to our engineering team?

  • Device & Generation: (e.g. iPhone 5c, iPod 6th gen, iPad Air2, etc.)
  • Carrier:
  • iOS version: (Settings > General > About > Version)
  • Pandora version: (Pandora > Profile tab > Settings gear & scroll to the bottom of the screen)
  • Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening?
  • Do any error messages pop up when this occurs?

I know this is an older topic, but I’m having the same issue in just the Critical Role podcast. It won’t play any of the episodes and when it does, I try to do a 15 second fast forward and it says there is an error and it won’t play it ever again.

I have an iPhone though.

Could you share a screenshot of the error message you're encountering?

Could you tell me more about your device?

Hey Alyssa,

It is an iPhone 8plus.
AT&T provider.
Software version: 14-6
Pandora version 2106-1

It happens when I only go on this podcast, when I’m on wick, cellular and even when I uninstall the app, or when I turn my phone off then back on.
