iOS: Siri error message "Couldn't find that on your library" .

iPhone 16 Pro Max. When I try to use voice commands, it won’t work. Used Pandora for years. My first issue. And it was working fine this morning.

For example, if I say, “Hey Siri, play Allman Brothers on Pandora.”

I get, “I can’t find Allman Brothers in your Pandora Library.”

If I say, “Hey Siri, start Pandora.” It does automatically - to some classic vinyl station. No way to change it with voice commands. I can tap recent stations manually and it works fine. Voice commands do not work though, which is a pain with Apple CarPlay. All other voice commands work fine with Siri and Apple CarPlay, though.

I’ve tried saying it different ways: No variation of station, radio, or whatever works - neither specific bands or generic genres will work. For example, if I say, “Hey Siri tune to Jazz radio on Pandora,” I just get the “I couldn’t find that in your Pandora library.”

I’ve restarted the phone and deleted and re-downloaded the app. I thought it may be something malicious with Apple trying to make it difficult to use non Apple Music apps, but Spotify works fine.

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Is there a fix for this issue? I am having the same problem whether I am at home on WiFi or driving in my car using Apple Carplay. If I say “Siri play Tim McGraw” she says I couldn’t find Tim McGraw in your Pandora library. I don’t want her to just search my library but I can’t find a way to fix it. I have deleted the app, restarted my phone, reinstalled the app and run all of the troubleshooting and nothing helps.

Same, just started on mine, I think my phone just updated recently and it hasn’t worked since.  😬

Just got this problem today too. Didn't even update my phone. So frustrating. Where is the solution?

I'm having the same issue. Everything worked fine until a week or so ago. Tried the same things that you did.

Having the same problem every time I ask Siri to play a station on pandora.  I get the response that the station is not in my library

I've been trying to troubleshoot this for a couple of days now, but Pandora won't play anything on my HomePods. I have six of them throughout my house and none of them will play content from Pandora. Every time I ask Siri to play *insert station name* it says, "I couldn't find *station name* in your Pandora library." Things I have done:

Restarted every HomePod.

Restarted my wireless network.

Made sure every HomePod is up to date (OS 26.6).

Deleted and reinstalled the Pandora app.

Removed and re-added Pandora from my account in the iOS Home App.

What else can I do at this point?

I am having the same issue. I asked Siri to play Pandora and Siri keeps saying I couldn’t find that in your Pandora  library.

I just started experiencing the same issue this morning and throughout today whether in my car on CarPlay or in the house. Siri will manage to start Pandora when I say "Start Pandora", but will no longer act upon any other commands when asked to play a certain artist, station or song.

Escalating to an engineering team should not mark this as an accepted solution. The issue is still not resolved, that means there is no solution yet.
