The song skips when I try to have another app open

Looks like you selected "Offline Mode" as a label for your post. With a free account, offline mode isn't available. This is only a feature with Plus and Premium subscriptions.

Could you share a bit more about your experience?

• Do you receive any error messages when your songs skip?

I ment offline mode as in when the app isn’t open just running in the background
