Why can’t I access my playlist on my phone but I can on iPad

Hi there, @Datblackscopedo. 👋

Please keep in mind, Pandora accounts follow the email address, not the device or phone number. You can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password. This applies to both free and paid Pandora accounts.

This means you should be able to access your playlists across your devices. 

First, I would recommend ensuring that you're logged into your correct account. 

You can find the active account by:

  1. Opening the Pandora app and selecting the Profile tab.
  2. Tapping the Settings gear in the upper right corner.
  3. Checking the email address next to the Account field.
  4. If this is not correct, scroll down and select Sign Out. Then log back in with the above email address and your Pandora password.

If you're logged into the correct account, could you share a screenshot of what you're seeing when you attempt to find your playlists?

You can sort your content from the My Collection page.

Select the caret on the far right side of your screen and from here, you can sort by AlbumsSongsStations, Playlists or Artists.
