iOS: Unable to add songs to custom playlists or add content to collection

I am having the same issue. I can add about 5 songs to a playlist, then it stops adding them. I’m on my iPhone, iOS 18.7.2. If I delete the app and reinstall, it allows me to add up to 5 songs again. It also won’t let me collect songs or albums during this time. Any idea? Thank you!

There is no error message, it just doesn’t add it. I’ve tried with several artists and songs. Hinder, I Prevail, Shinedown. I tried other genres too, Bruno Mars and Ed Sheeran. No luck. I have T-Mobile but am on WiFi. I have Google internet.

@Angelinephoenix Thanks for sharing your experience with the community.

We’ve gone ahead and enabled a trace on your account to help us take a closer look at what’s happening. When you have a moment, please manually sign out of the Pandora app and then sign back in (no need to uninstall the app). After signing back in, try adding songs to your playlist again until the issue occurs.

Once that happens, could you please share the following information so we can review the logs?

  • The name of the playlist you’re adding songs to.

  • When it stops adding songs, what exactly happens?

    • Does the app become unresponsive when you try to add a song?

    • Or does it appear to add the song but nothing changes?

    • Or are you unable to search for songs to add at all?
