iOS: "App Not Available In Your Country or Region"

When trying to sign up for Pandora, using iphone, I receive the message "App Not Available.  Tis app is currently not available in your country or region.  I am in the Mid-West of America.  Does anyone know what the problem is???????????  Want to start streaming music for an exercise class.

@DErway  you need to access the Pandora App through your App store. That is where you will find it to download. I hope this clarifies what you need to do. Take care and stay safe.

Sorry for any trouble. It's possible that your iOS device is set to a country where Pandora cannot be used.

@MOHLovesAlaska is correct. You'll need to download Pandora through the App Store. I would recommend checking to make sure the country setting is correct on your device. Here's how you can confirm the country/region for the App Store on your iOS device: 

If your device is running a version older than iOS 13:

1. Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores > your Apple ID > View Apple ID > Country/Region
2. From here, you'll want to select the United States in order to use the Pandora app on your mobile device.

If your device is running iOS 13 or newer:

1. Tap Settings >Tap your Apple ID at the top of the page > iTunes & App Stores > your Apple ID > View Apple ID > Enter your Apple ID password > Country/Region
2. From here, you'll want to select the United States in order to use the Pandora app on your mobile device.

If that doesn't help, could you please send a screenshot of the error message you're seeing? Let me know if you need help doing that.
