iPhone 14 iOS 26.2 - buffering on cellular

Pandora will not play on cellular mode. I use the app in my car and do not have WiFi. 

I tried the following:
deleted the app and reinstalled 

powered down my phone

verified I had the lastest version of pandora 

nothing works. 

if it doesn’t start working I will be canceling my subscription!

• What is the make, model and year of your vehicle?
• How is your smartphone connected to your car? (Bluetooth, USB, Aux)
• Is your vehicle equipped with Apple CarPlay?
• Have you experienced this issue only when in the car, or also when listening on your phone outside the car?
• What is the make, model, and carrier of your phone?
• What exactly happens when you open Pandora?
• Is there an error message besides the buffering? If yes, what exactly does it say?
