Could you share which station(s) you're noticing this with? Also, are you able to view Deep Cuts mode when using your mobile device on these same stations? Let me know. 🎧

If not, could you try running through these steps while I have a trace enabled on your account? You can find them here: iOS Troubleshooting ++ Device Details: If the issue persists, would you mind posting your device details? I can report this over to our engineering team if you still have trouble. It's helpful to know: Device & Generation: (e.g. iPhone X, iPad Air (3rd gen), etc.) Make and Model of your Headphones: Carrier: iOS version: (Settings > General > About > Version) Pandora version: (Pandora > Profile tab > Settings gear & scroll to the bottom of the screen) Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening? After the notification and the app pauses, do you attempt to resume your music by using Bluetooth controls on your headphones? Thanks for your help with this. 🎧

I've enabled a trace on your individual Pandora accounts in case we need to escalate this issue. iOS Troubleshooting: Let's try some troubleshooting steps to see if we can resolve the issue. First, I recommend rebooting the device by shutting it down entirely, then turning it back on and trying Pandora again. If you're still having issues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you).* To do that: Hold down the Pandora icon on your Home screen until all the icons start "shaking." Then tap - in the upper left of the Pandora icon, and confirm that you want to Delete app. Then re-install Pandora via the App Store on your device. *Please note: Pandora Premium and Premium Family listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content after reinstalling the app. Pandora Plus users, however, should receive that offline content again automatically. If you have any trouble with your offline stations after reinstalling, please let us know. ++ Device Details: If the issue persists, could you share more information about your devices? If not, I would recommend the following: Web Browser Troubleshooting: Google Chrome Troubleshooting Safari Troubleshooting Microsoft Edge Troubleshooting Firefox Troubleshooting Pandora Desktop App Troubleshooting: Pandora Desktop App on Windows 10 Pandora Desktop on MAC Computers ++ If the issue persists after troubleshooting, could you share more information about the advertisement? Does this happen with a specific advertisement? If so, which one? What was the ad for? Do you remember the brand, product, event or website name? How are you accessing Pandora? Are you on a computer, phone, tablet or in-home device (TV, Xbox, Blu-ray player, etc.)? Was it a visual ad, an audio ad, or a video ad with audio? Which of your station(s) did you hear/see it on? I hope this helps. Let me know how it goes. 🎧

Hi there, @Dvs. 👋 Nice to see you around the community space. While closing an app with Siri is currently not a feature, you should be able to ask Siri to pause playback. You could say something like: "Hey Siri, pause/play/resume this Song" to control the content you're listening on Pandora. Hope this information is helpful. 🎧

Hi there, @vetitice. 👋 Thanks so much for your post! Looks like you're under the "All" tab. Could you try sorting by Stations? This should allow you to view your Shuffle feature. Shuffle with Premium: Premium listeners can go to My Collection, and sort the collection by Stations and select Shuffle Stations. You can also select Shuffle if you sort your collection by Songs. I've attached screenshots below. Stations: Songs: Let me know if you continue to have trouble with this. 🎧
