Hi - I've also experienced the same as has been reported, so uninstalled and am attempting to reinstall.  I've cleared the cache, restarted my android phone, multiple times, and basically it's just sitting and spinning.  And has been, so I'm unable to reinstall from Google Play Store.  Is that a Play Store issue or still a Pandora issue?  Very annoying. ...
