Hi there, @splashy76. 👋
Sorry to hear that you've had trouble with explicit content. Thank you for taking the time to report this.
Explicit Content Filter:
You can restrict Pandora from playing songs or displaying ads with explicit language.
Looks like you may be using an iPhone device to stream Pandora.
To set the filter from your iPhone:
Open the Pandora app and select the Profile tab.
Then open the Settings gear in the upper right corner.
Next go to Account. Once you are on the Account screen, you can toggle the Allow explicit content switch off to filter explicit content (toggle on if you wish to allow explicit content).
Once set, the filter will restrict explicit content for that account on all devices. This will limit Pandora to playing only music and ads that could play on daytime broadcast radio.
Note that this can only be applied to the entire account and NOT specific stations. Also, it doesn't apply to podcasts. You can identify podcasts with explicit language by a red "E" label in the episode title.
Additional Details:
I'll need a few more details to research this issue further for you.
Did you notice album art, an advertisement, or a song that had explicit content when listening to the station?
Could you share the station name you experienced this issue with?
Let me know, and our team can take a deeper look at your account. 🎧
