I saw that this was posted before, but didn't see any actual solution. I used pandora countless times prior to this, but haven't been able to use it on my desktop for a while. I use Opera, and am on Windows 10. Never had this issue before. The issue is that the app will load, but it will just buffer, buffer, and buffer.
