@pattyparkerfl Our team does see you hit 50 points back in early February, however they do not see a form submission in our rewards system which is why you haven't received their reward yet.
We have just manually sent you an email now with a link to redeem your $5 gift card.
For the future, when you submit the survey that puts you over the 50 point mark, you will get automatically redirected to a new URL where you have to fill out a simple form with your email address to request the reward. Sometimes it takes a few seconds for that redirect to happen so you may have missed it.
