Hi there, @jbhl4. 👋 Looks like your Pandora account is upgraded to an annual Pandora Plus. This is different from Pandora Premium, which includes on-demand listening. Could you share a bit more about what is happening?  Are you having trouble initiating a Premium Access session? Have you received any error messages? If so, what exactly does it say? How are you listening when this happens? Are you using a device? If so, what is the make and model? Are you using your computer? If so, which browser?
