The Pandora moderator seems to be missing the point.  CarPlay requires a USB connection from the iPhone to the car (for the vast majority of users, a few cars allow Bluetooth connection).  So disabling startup via Bluetooth is irrelevant.   We need an option to disable startup via USB.   ...
