What is the Pandora version you're currently running (if you need help finding this, let me know)?
Do you receive any error message, if so, what does it say?
Also, let's check your Data settings. Please try the following steps from your Android mobile phone:
Go to your Android Settings.
Tap on Network & Internet, then tap Data Usage off and back on.
Finally, ensure Mobile Data is toggled on.
