AdamPandora, I've gone ahead and re-deleted cache, and re-deleted all app storage and data, then logged in again. Stations and music playlists show up fine. Screenshots from my Android device (Pixel 5) showing no collected podcasts, and Chrome web browser on my PC showing all my collected podcasts.

AdamPandora, It is the very same error screenshot provided elsewhere in this thread, hence my adding my voice to the same complaint. I don't recall the exact name of the playlist when I created it, something to the effect of "Angry Anthem" or some variation of that, or perhaps just 'Angry'. I just know it started happening immediately after that playlist was created and deleted (span of about 5 minutes).

I have several podcasts collected in my account (premium since 2007) and can view/listen to them in a web browser, and USED to be able to listen to them in the app. Now when going to my collected podcasts in the app I find, "When you add podcasts and episodes you'll find them here". Maybe it's a more recent version of the app that is not showing the saved/collected podcasts in the app. Current installed version is 2408.1.
I've already cleared the cache, then cleared all data and signed in again, then deleted the app and reinstalled it. None have had any effect.

Getting the very same message for a year on Playlist unable to be played. It starting happening to after creating a specific playlist on my Android device and deleting and recreating that playlist in rapid succession. If Support could look through my account and delete the offending playlist, aptly named "Angry Anthem" or some variation of that, I think it may clear my particular issue. It's not in my list of playlists but I suspect some phantom may still reside in the account.
