I'm not sure what Pandora Support did, but this issue appears to be fixed for me after spending a year consistently emailing Pandora Support about it. Support never followed up with me or stated they did anything to fix the issue, but I haven't received this error in a little over a month so I can only assume they did something on their end. So if anyone else is still dealing with this error I recommend you all email Pandora support directly and every time they tell you they are working on it and close the ticket, just reply to that email again in about a week to keep reopening the ticket until the error is fixed for you. I'm assuming they can't fix this bug for everyone all at once and that's why so many are still having this issue.

@Rob_fall I actually believe Alyssa duplicate posting like that is a violation of the Community Guidelines under the "crossposting" section as well. Crossposting is defined as "repetitive or duplicative content across forum spaces or within the same thread within a short timeframe." Seems pretty cut and dry that's a violation of the community guidelines. 😂

@AlyssaPandora I've already done all the troubleshooting. Nothing fixes it. Pandora needs to fix this issue. And I've already told support about it multiple times over the past couple months. Restarting does not work. Uninstalling does not work. Signing out and back in does not work. Clearing data or cache does not fix the issue. This needs to be fixed by Pandora support and can only be fixed by Pandora support.

5/6/24 I'm still receiving the "Sorry, playlist no longer available" error message every single time a new track plays on Pandora regardless of whether I'm currently playing a station, playlist, or tracks and albums from my collection. It only happens when the app is open in the foreground. I do not receive the error when the app is running in the background. It also throws an "unexpected error 99001" message into my notification bar. I've attached screenshots. Phone model: Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ Android version: 12 Pandora version: 2405.1 Android security patch level: August 1, 2023 5/29/24 Still receiving this error message and have not received any further updates from Pandora Support or Pandora Community Mods. Can we get an update on this bug? It's been ongoing for a year! This is ridiculous!

Oh I know! I've been a Pandora subscriber/user since 2010. Customer service was MUCH better prior to the SXM acquisition. But none of that will stop me from being a nuisance and pestering them about them dragging their feet to fix major bugs like this. I'm still getting the "playlist unavailable" bug and that's been an issue for months now. Its really disappointing too because it throws an error into the notification bar where it should show the track that's playing and the error message stops last.fm from scrobbling my plays. And I use last.fm because Pandora no longer keeps data history of your plays for end of the year stats.

It has now been 12 days since this issue began, 8 days since the last update. How long is appropriate to wait for at least another update or an ACTUAL solution to this issue? It's like ever since Sirius XM acquired pandora, Pandora services have plummeted in quality, are riddled with bugs, and seem to have been put on the back burner... Stating that we pay for this service and some of us have been dedicated paid users for over 10 years, like me and my family, I believe we deserve better customer service than this.

When I try to share to instagram, literally nothing happens. I know this is a new feature, but I have never been able to get it to work. I can share to snapchat and messages and WhatsApp no problem. Am I the only one experiencing this issue?
