Just reporting back that whatever change Pandora did last week seemed to work for me and is still working.  I had about 8 stations that I would always get a message back saying "Cannot find station "xxxx" on your Pandora" for the past 9+ months.  I have tried them all, over and over especially this weekend and its been working every time.   I did not install anything, reboot anything, or rename anything.  Good luck to those its still not working, hope you get some resolution soon, it is nice being able to play all my stations again.  ... Agree, this is by far the worst customer support from both Pandora and Amazon, I have never seen an issue take this long, neither seems to care.  I have just given up on listening to Pandora on my Alexa at this point.   ... View more

I have had this issue going on for months now, for the last 5 years never had a problem, now Alexa says " can't find xxxxx station", the only way to play my stations is through my phone and connect to Alexa as a Bluetooth speaker. I have no issues with Spotify or other accounts. ... View more
